A year at the lake
The association's calendar runs from the spring meeting in May to the last bass tournament in October. Here is the shape of a normal year.
- MaySpring Meeting
First Saturday of May, 9:00am at the Stroh Fire Department. Lake apparel is on sale during the meeting.
- JuneFireworks Show
Shot from the water near the railroad tracks at dusk. There is no public viewing site on land, so the best seats are on the lake.
- JulyBass & Kids Fishing
Bass tournaments through the summer, plus the Kids Fishing Tournament for the lake's youngest anglers.
- AugustGolf Outing
An 18-hole scramble with lunch at Heron Creek Golf Club in LaGrange. 8:00am shotgun start.
- SeptemberFall Meeting & Fall Crawl
The fall meeting on the first Saturday, then the Fall Crawl, the association's largest fundraiser of the year.
- OctoberLast Cast
One more bass tournament before the boats come out and the lake settles in for winter.
